SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, with the exception of our UK Launch Window (see below).

Domestic Delivery (UAE): Once dispatched, local deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 business days via our domestic courier partners.

United Kingdom (Limited Time Window): Our UK market operates on a special "bulk drop" window to ensure fast, local fulfillment without customs fees. Orders placed during this active launch week will be processed and dispatched collectively at the end of the window. Once this window closes, shipping to the UK is no longer available.

European Union: To ensure a seamless experience for our EU customers, we utilize a Premium Express service where all duties, taxes, and VAT are pre-paid by us. Your order will arrive at your door with no additional customs fees to pay.

International Shipping (GCC, USA, Asia, and Rest of World): Regional and international shipping times vary depending on the destination country and courier.

Duties, Customs, and Taxes: For all international shipments outside of the United Arab Emirates and the European Union (where duties are pre-paid), please note that any customs duties, import fees, or regional taxes levied by your country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or shipping carrier exceptions.
